1. REQUEST A QUOTE — Send the selected UL 752 level, panel dimensions and quantity, wall drawings or measurements, batten dimensions and quantity if known, delivery ZIP, residential or commercial site type, and unloading or liftgate needs.
2. REVIEW THE WRITTEN QUOTE — The quote confirms panels, required seam-protection battens, estimated freight, tax, lead time, and what is or is not included. Installation labor, wall finishing, permits, engineering, and site work are separate unless specifically included in writing.
3. APPROVE & PAY — After you approve the written quote, any required deposit is due before the order is released to manufacturing. When the panels are ready, the remaining balance is due before shipment unless different written terms are provided. Current estimated manufacturer production lead time is approximately five weeks and will be confirmed with each order.
